Installation Method for Industrial Fans
Prepare Tools: To install an industrial fan, you will need the following tools: a ladder, screwdriver, wrench, pneumatic drill, hammer, and masonry drill.
Determine Installation Location: It is recommended to install the fan at a height of at least 2.4 meters from the ground, and at least 50 centimeters away from walls or ceilings.
Assemble the Fan: Follow the instructions to assemble the various components of the fan, ensuring that all screws and fasteners are securely tightened.
Install the Fan: First, use the pneumatic drill to make holes at the installation site. Then, use expansion screws to secure the mounting bracket to the wall or ceiling.
Connect the Power Supply: Attach the fan's power cord to the electrical supply, and adjust the reverse switch and speed control switch to the desired positions.
Conduct a Final Check: Ensure that all joints are secure and that all screws and fasteners are tight. Start the fan and test its speed and stability without any load.
Make Necessary Adjustments: Based on your requirements, adjust the fan's angle and rotation direction using the wrench or hammer to reposition the mounting bracket as needed.
